Processing times vary depending on the item and order size. Most custom orders are completed within 5–10 business days. Larger or bulk orders may require additional time.


3. Do you accept rush orders?

Rush orders may be available depending on our current workload and the size of your order. Additional rush fees may apply. Please contact us before placing your order.


4. Can I provide my own design or logo?

Absolutely! You can submit your own photos, logos, or design ideas. Please make sure images are clear and high quality for the best results.


5. Do you offer bulk or group discounts?

Yes! Discounts may be available for large orders such as family reunions, businesses, schools, churches, and organizations. Contact us for custom pricing.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, Paypal and other approved payment methods listed at checkout.


7. Do you ship orders?

Yes, we ship nationwide within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.


8. Do you offer local pickup?

No! Local pickup is not available at this time.

Because custom items are personalized, all custom sales are final unless there is an error or defect on our part. Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order.


10. What happens if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.


11. Do you create designs for businesses or events?

Yes! We create custom merchandise and promotional items for businesses, pop-up shops, reunions, weddings, graduations, sports teams, Greek organizations, and more.


12. How do I place an order?

You can place an order by messaging us on social media, through our website, or by email. Be sure to include details such as item type, quantity, colors, sizes, and your customization ideas.


13. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are not offered on personalized items once production has started. Non-custom items may be eligible for store credit or exchange depending on the situation.

Definitely! Whether it’s Disney, birthday glam, sports, church events, or family reunion themes, we love bringing your vision to life.
